I Am Shakespeare - A dark and stormy night. In his garage in Kent, schoolteacher Frank Charlton prepares for his daily broadcast. Through his subversive internet show, Frank continues to explore the obsession that cost him a promising academic career - daring to question the authorship of the Shakespeare plays. Today however, via the dramatic interaction of the internet and a lightning storm, Frank is brought face to face with the real William Shakespeare... the real Francis Bacon... then Edward de Vere, Earl of Oxford... and finally the real Mary Sidney. Mayhem ensues as the Police arrive investigating a mysterious body whilst Frank desperately tries to interview each of the four characters from the past to discover who is the real author. George Dillon presents Graft: Tales of an Actor - Harry is a dedicated artist, often out of work, often rejected yet desperate to practise his craft. In Graft, world-renowned actor, director playwright and author Steven Berkoff has captured the highs and lows of the actor's lot, from Town Hall auditions for drama school grants through to Harry's final exit at Leicester Square Tube. This award-winning production of Graft puts George Dillon in the role of Harry, and we experience alongside him the joys of a role well played and the despair that can follow meetings with agents and directors, in an evening that is sometimes uplifting, sometimes shocking, but never short of gripping in its portrayal of the life of a struggling actor.
