Restaurant Review

'This is the first, and still the best, Japanese restaurant that I have visited. Granted it's very small, but that adds to the intimacy of the atmosphere. The food is wonderfully fresh and tasty and they don't keep you waiting even when they are full. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who savours Japanese cuisine, and to those who are unfamiliar with it, Edamame is as good a place to try it as any.'

'One of the best Japanese restaurants I have been to! Very fresh food and at a very low price! Between three people with a bottle of wine, a main, three small rice dishes, and three salads for £50 over all!! Very good value '

' I love edamame. An oriental restaurant without the grease and a change from the ubiquitous 'noodle-bar' interpretation of japanese cuisine. There's an illustrated review on www.badaude.typepad.com which really captures the atmosphere of the place and shows you all you need to know, including pics of the dishes! '
